Neurodiverse Advocate & Support
As a neurodiversity-affirming advocate and support coach, I work with individuals who are neurodivergent; meaning their neurological functioning differs from what is typically described as “neurotypical”.
Neurodivergence can include ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and other learning differences. Many neurodivergent individuals face challenges such as social isolation, communication differences, overwhelm, masking, and difficulty recognising or trusting their own strengths.
I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can better understand how your mind works…..without judgement or pressure to “fix” yourself.
Alongside my professional training and coaching skills, I am also Autistic and ADHD (combined type). This means I bring not only knowledge, but real lived experience. I understand first-hand the complexity, brilliance, intensity, and exhaustion that can come with navigating a world that isn’t always designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
My role is to support you in:
Understanding your unique strengths and challenges
Developing strategies that actually work for you
Building self-trust, self-advocacy, and confidence
Reducing shame and embracing your neurodivergence as part of who you are
My focus is empowerment. Helping you feel more confident in yourself, clearer in your needs, and better equipped to thrive in both your personal and professional life, in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
