EFT (Tapping)
EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques (or tapping) combines elements of Eastern acupressure and Western psychology. It involves tapping on specific points on the body while thinking about a particular issue, emotion, or thought. This is done to help restore balance to the body’s energy system and reduce emotional distress.
The wonderful thing about EFT is that it can be used for a lot of different challenges we may face, like anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and addiction. And the best part is that it’s a simple and effective technique once you know what you’re doing.
To get started, we identify the issue you want to address, rate how intense it feels on a scale of 0-10, and then tap on specific points while thinking about the issue. You’ll repeat this process until the intensity of the issue decreases.
EFT is a simple but powerful technique that can help reduce emotional distress and promote overall well-being.

Deep Dive Block - £450

A deeper therapeutic container for ongoing emotional healing and long-standing themes. -
Ad-hoc Session (Existing Clients) - £75
A one-off 60-minute EFT session for existing clients needing additional support. -
Under 18's - £25
(30 minutes)
Short, gentle EFT sessions supporting emotional wellbeing for children and young people.
The truth is I am different things to different people. Essentially with my support and guidance you can gain and maintain your well-being balance. We will work together, you will get homework and I will share the tools we use.
1-2-1 Session are online by default; face to face sessions by special arrangement.
